§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, with the leave of the House, I should like to make a business statement. It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that it has been agreed through the usual channels that the Third Reading of the Telecommunications Bill should be postponed from next Tuesday, 27th March, until next Thursday, 29th March, in view of the fact that the reprinted Bill will not now be available until tomorrow at the earliest. It is proposed that the Third Reading should be taken immediately after the consideration of the Commons Reason for disagreeing to the Lords amendment to the Education (Grants and Awards) Bill.
