My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend the Leader of the House, with the leave of the House, will repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on the visit of the South African Prime Minister.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Report stage of the Rates Bill will be adjourned for dinner at approximately 7.30 p.m. for approximately one hour, and that during this adjournment the Committee stage of the Cycle Tracks Bill will be taken.
