§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble friend the Leader of the House will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement to be made in another place on GCHQ.
This will be followed by my noble friend Lord Gray of Contin who, again with the leave of the House, will repeat a Statement on the rate support grant for Scotland 1984–85.
It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that dinner will he available this evening at 7.30.
