My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Skelmersdale, with the leave of the House, will repeat in the form of a Statement an Answer that is to be given to a Private Notice Question in another place on the future of Halvergate Marshes.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Local Government (Interim Provisions) Bill will be adjourned for dinner at approximately 7.30 p.m. for the period of one hour, and during this adjournment the Committee stage of the Health and Social Security Bill will be completed.
