Lord Belstead

My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 9 to 12; and, with your Lordships' leave, I would speak also to Amendments Nos. 33, 34, 35 and 57. Together these amendments extend the arrangements for requests for a commercial unit assessment so that all of the parties concerned in a succession application and the agricultural Land Tribunal, through its secretary, may make such a request, and to take account of the new rules on eligibility. I beg to move.

Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said amendments.—(Lord Belstead)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
