My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 39 and, with leave, would speak also to Amendments Nos. 41, 45, 46, and 47.

Amendments Nos. 39, 41 and 45 together provide for inter vivos succession on grounds of ill-health before the tenant reaches the age of 65. Amendments Nos. 46 and 47 enable a landlord to contest an application for inter vivOs succession on the grounds of greater hardship. I beg to move.
