My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. this afternoon my noble friend Lord Mansfield will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement to be made in another place on the Hennessy Report.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that dinner will be available at the usual time this evening. The Committee stage of the Cable and Broadcasting Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for a short period. During this adjournment the Committee stage of the Prohibition of Female Circumcision Bill, second day, will be taken.
