My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. this afternoon, my noble friend Lord Belstead will, with the leave of the House, repeat in the form of a Statement an Answer to a Private Notice Question in another place on the loss of toxic weed killer in the North Sea.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that dinner will be available at the usual time this evening. The Committee stage of the Cable and Broadcasting Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for about one hour. During the adjournment, the Committee stage of the Prohibition of Female Circumcision Bill will be taken.
