My Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that dinner will be available at the usual time this evening.

The Committee stage of the Telecommunications Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. and will be continued next Thursday.

After 7 p.m. this evening the Third Reading of the Tourism (Overseas Promotion) (Scotland) Bill will be taken. This will be followed by the Report stage of the Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Bill, the Second Reading of four Private Bills and the second day of the Report stage of the Agricultural Holdings Bill.
