§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon, my noble friend Lord Lyell will, with the leave of the House, repeat in the form of a Statement an Answer to a Private Notice Question in another place on Scott Lithgow. This will be followed by my noble friend Lord Belstead who will, again with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement on the Council of Agriculture Ministers 6th to 7th February 1984.
It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that dinner will be available at the usual time this evening. The Committee stage of the Telecommunications Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for a short period. During this adjournment the Fishing Vessels (Financial Assistance) Scheme 1983 will be taken.
