§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, before the noble Lord, Lord Lloyd of Hampstead, moves the second Motion this afternoon, I think it would be for the convenience of the House if, with the leave of the House, I made a further business Statement. I regret to say that on the printed list of speakers for the debate standing in the name of the noble Lord, Lord Houghton of Sowerby, the name of the noble Lord, Lord Granville of Eye, appeared erroneously when it should have appeared in the list of speakers for the debate we are about to hear standing in the name of the noble Lord, Lord Lloyd of Hampstead.
The consequences of this are two-fold. The first is that the standard for the intermediate speakers in the debate instead of being 12 minutes will, I regret to say, be 11. Secondly, the name of the noble Lord, Lord Granville of Eye, will occupy the position on the list between my noble friend Lord Auckland and the noble Viscount, Lord Falkland
