My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lady Young will, with the leave of the House, repeat in the form of a Statement the Answer to a Private Notice Question in another place on aid to Ethiopian refugees in the Sudan.

That will be followed by my noble friends Lord Avon and Lord Long, who, again with the leave of the House, will repeat, respectively, Statements on local authority capital expenditure and local authority capital expenditure—Wales.
