My Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to make provision with respect to the insolvency of companies and individuals, the winding-up of companies, the disqualification and personal liability of persons involved in the management of companies and the avoidance of certain transactions at an under-value, and for connected purposes. I beg to move that this Bill be now read a first time.
