My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Gray of Contin will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on student awards in Scotland.

It may also be of convenience to your Lordships if I announce that the Committee stage of the Food and Environment Protection Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for a short period and that during this adjournment the Committee stage of the Brunei and Maldives Bill and the Consular Relations (Privileges and Immunities) (People's Republic of China) Order 1984 will be taken.
