My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Chairman of Committees, I beg to move the procedural Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That those provisions in the Bills against which no petition has been presented, or if presented has been withdrawn in whole or in part, or which become unopposed by reason of any of the provisions of Standing Order 113 be committed to a Select Committee and that the quorum of the Select Committee be two.—(Baroness Llewelyn-Davies of Hastoe.)
