§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Hailsham of Saint Marylebone)My Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to consolidate the Litter Acts 1958 and 1971, together with Section 51 of the Public Health Act 1961, Section 4 of the Local Government (Development and Finance) (Scotland) Act 1964, Section 24 of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 and related provisions of those Acts.
