In accordance with the Statement made by me on 12th May last, I have appointed Mr. Michael Addison John Wheeler-Booth to be Reading Clerk and Clerk of Outdoor Committees in place of Mr. John Christopher Sainty, appointed Clerk of the Parliaments. I therefore beg to move.
