§ The Earl of MansfieldMy Lords, this order makes amendments to the Housing Act 1980 in consequence of Article 87 of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order which has just been approved by the House. For technical reasons they are dealt with separately in this order in Council under Section 38(2) of the Northern Ireland Constitution Act 1973. All the provisions under this order are consequential upon the housing order, and therefore, as a formality, I beg to move.
