My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Lord President of the Council, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That Standing Order 43 (No two stages of a Bill to be taken on one day) be dispensed with for the purpose of taking the Companies (Beneficial Interests) Bill through its remaining stages this day.—(Lord Denham.)
