My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon, my noble friend the Leader of the House will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement which is to be made in another place on the Franks Report.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that dinner will be available at the usual time this evening. The Committee stage of the Mental Health (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill will be adjourned at approximately seven o'clock for a short period. During the adjournment, the Report stage of the Plant Varieties Bill and the Fishing Vessels (Temporary Financial Assistance) Scheme 1982 will be taken.
