HL Deb 01 February 1983 vol 438 cc682-3
Lord Denham

My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon, my noble friend Lord Bellwin will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement to be made in another place on the industrial situation in the water industry.

It may also be for the convenience of the House if I announce that dinner will be available this evening and, as is now usual on a Tuesday, it will be between 7.30 and 8.30 p.m. The Report stage of the Health and Social Services and Social Security Adjudications Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for a short period. During this adjournment, the Report stage of the Merchant Shipping Bill, together with three Northern Ireland orders—Financial Provisions, Milk and Quarries, respectively—will be taken.
