§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend the Leader of the House will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on the European Council, 4th to 6th December. That will be followed by my noble friend Lord Long, who will repeat a Statement on the murder of Edgar Graham.
It may also be for the convenience of those Members of your Lordships' House who are members of the Procedure Committee to know that it is proposed that the meeting arranged for 4 o'clock may have to be postponed but will be held as near to that time as is compatible with those Statements.
