§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, there are seven amendments set down, but they are all the same. I am advised that I can both move and put them en bloc if the House agrees. They all serve the same purpose: to rectify a minor fault in the Bill as drafted. The Matrimonial Homes and Property Act 1981 deleted the words "or interest" from seven provisions in the Matrimonial Homes Act 1967. These deletions were overlooked when the present Bill was drafted, and this series of amendments serves to rectify that position. My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in these amendments en bloc.
§ Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said amendments.—(The Lord Chancellor.)
§ On Question, Motion agreed to.
