HL Deb 25 April 1983 vol 441 c724
Lord Denham

My Lords, I think it might be for the convenience of your Lordships if, with the leave of the House, I make a short statement about next week's business. It has been agreed through the usual channels that the first day of the Committee stage of the Telecommunications Bill should be on Thursday 5th May, instead of on Tuesday 3rd May as indicated on the Order Paper. It has also been agreed that if the Committee stage of the Housing and Building Control Bill is not concluded on Thursday 28th April, it should be continued on Tuesday 3rd May after the Report stage of the Energy Bill. It will be followed by the Second Reading of the Social Security and Housing Benefits Bill.
