My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Mansfield will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on Secondary Education (Scotland). This will be followed by my noble friend Lord Lyell who will repeat a Statement on Citizens' Advice Bureaux.

It may also be for the convenience of your Lordships if I announce that dinner will be available this evening at the usual time. The Report stage of the Water Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for a short period. During this adjournment the Hire-Purchase (Increase of Limit of Value) (Great Britain) Order 1983 will be taken.
