Lord Trefgarne

My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 52 and 53, en bloc. They are consequential to Amendments Nos. 34 to 41. I beg to move.

Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said amendments.—(Lord Trefgarne.)

Lord Mottistone

My Lords, consequential perhaps—but do I not understand that my noble friend is talking to Nos. 52 to 74? He is not going that far yet?

Lord Trefgarne

My Lords, I obviously did not speak as clearly as I should. I am moving Amendments Nos. 52 and 53.

On Question, Motion agreed to.
