My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 13 to 29 inclusive, and I shall speak, if I may, to Amendments Nos. 54 and 55 which are connected. Part VI of the Bill relates to the funds in court. I am bound to say that this is a somewhat esoteric subject, and I hope that all I need say is that they are all minor drafting amendments. I therefore beg to move.
