§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Skelmersdale will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement to be made in another place on the Foreign Ministers' meeting in Luxembourg. My noble friend Lord Ferrers will then, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement on the Fisheries Council meeting on 25th and 26th October. Finally, my noble friend Lord Mansfield will, again with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement on the privatisation of Britoil.
I should also like to comment on the remainder of today's business. The Industrial Development Bill, which is a consolidation measure, will, on its arrival from another place, be taken forthwith and before the Administration of Justice Bill. If consideration of Commons amendments to the Mental Health (Amendment) Bill is not completed by 7 p.m., it might be for the convenience of the House for that consideration to be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for a short period. Consideration of Commons amendments to the Industrial Development Bill and the Administration of Justice Bill would then be taken during the adjournment. From what I have already said, your Lordships may have been able to deduce that dinner will be available this evening at the usual time.
