My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.45 this afternoon, my noble friend the Leader of the House will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on security.

Perhaps I might add, for the benefit of those Members of the House who are members of the Committee of Selection, that that committee, which was to have met today at 3.45, had perhaps better meet as soon as questions on the Statement have been concluded.
