HL Deb 09 November 1982 vol 436 c98

Lord Campbell of Croy had given notice of his intention to ask the following Question:

To ask Her Majesty's Government what stage has been reached in negotiating agreement upon a common fisheries policy within European Economic Community.

The noble Lord said: My Lords, as I understand that there is to be a Statement later this afternoon on this subject, which seems appropriate after yesterday's meeting of Community Ministers, I beg leave not to put the Question standing in my name on the Order Paper.

Question, by leave, withdrawn.
