§ Lord BellwinMy Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to give effect to the convention concerning International Carriage by Rail signed on 9th May 1980; and to make further provision for the amendment of Acts giving effect to other international transport conventions so as to take account of revisions of the conventions to which they give effect. 1 beg to move that this Bill be now read a first time.
