§ Lord Jenkins of PutneyMy Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to amend the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949 by limiting the fees payable for certain wireless telegraphy licences; to establish a Broadcasting Finance Board; to provide for the payment of certain monies to that board and their distribution by that board; and for connected purposes.
