§ 14 Clause 30, pagel9, leave out lines 14 to 16.
§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 14. With this amendment I group Amendments Nos. 21 and 28, and I think I can say that they are all purely drafting amendments. They replace two identical definitions of the word "judgment" in Clauses 30 and 31 by a single definition which is inserted in the interpretation clause, which is Clause 48.
§ Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said amendment.—(The Lord Chancellor.)
§ On Question, Motion agreed to.
