§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Hailsham of Saint Marylebone)My Lords, I beg to move that the order of recommitment be discharged, and, so as not to repeat myself, I am about to utter words which will be appropriate to each of three consolidation Bills which appear on the Order Paper in my name. I understand that no amendments have been put down to this Bill and that no noble Lord has indicated a wish to move a manuscript amendment or to speak in Committee. Therefore, unless any noble Lord objects, I propose to move that the order of recommitment be discharged. I beg so to move
