My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Trefgarne will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on Assisted Areas Map Review. This will be followed by my noble friend Lord Bellwin who, again with the leave of the House, will repeat a Statement on Industrial Action, British Rail and London Transport.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that dinner will be available at the usual time this evening. The Committee stage of the Criminal Justice Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for a short period.
