My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Elton will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement which is to be made in another place on the Buckingham Palace incident.

It may be to the convenience of the House if I aslo announce that dinner will be available this evening at the usual time. The Committee stage of the Employment Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for a short period. During this adjournment the Excise Duties (Deferred Payment) Regulations 1982 and the Building Societies (Special Advances) Order 1982 will be taken.
