§ Lord AberdareMy Lords, I beg to move the second Motion in my name on the Order Paper. This results from a previous decision of the Procedure Committee to reduce the size of the Journals of the House. In effect, it avoids the need to reproduce in the Journals the Letters Patent by which an hereditary peerage has been granted when an hereditary Peer takes his seat. I beg to move.
