This will be followed by my noble friend Lord Bellwin, who will repeat a Statement on London Transport and the Greater London Council, It might also be for the convenience of your Lordships if I inform the House that it is now expected that the House will rise tomorrow, Tuesday, 19th January, at approximately 8 o'clock and that dinner will not therefore be available.
