§ Baroness YoungMy Lords, I am quite sure that the whole House echoes the words of the noble Lord, Lord Brockway, on this matter. We all appreciate the contribution of Lord Ritchie-Calder. But, as the noble Lord, Lord Brockway, will know, it has not been the practice of the House to pay public tribute to all Members of your Lordships' House.
