§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Bellwin will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on the Rate Support Grant (England) 1983–84.
It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that dinner will be available at the usual time this evening.
The Committee stage of the National Heritage Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for approximately one hour. During that adjournment the Second Reading and remaining stages of the Commonwealth Development Corporation Bill and the Company and Business Names (Amendment) Regulations 1982 will be taken.
I should like to say a word about today's business. The noble Lord, Lord Mayhew, will not now ask today's Unstarred Question which appears on the Order Paper. It will, I understand, be appearing, possibly in a slightly different form, on 22nd December.
