HL Deb 08 December 1982 vol 437 c236
The Earl of Swinton

My Lords, I wonder if I may interrupt the debate for a moment to say that my noble friend Lord Kimberley has decided, in view of the likely late hour at which it would take place, to postpone his Unstarred Question on alcoholism, from this evening until some other day. I understand that all those due to speak have agreed to this change, but I thought that the House should know of it at the earliest possible opportunity.
