6 Clause 6, page 8, line 36, at end insert— (5B) In the case of any person who is a minor at commencement, the reference to five years after commencement in subsection (1) above shall be treated as a reference to five years after the date on which he attains the age of majority".

The Commons agreed to the above amendment with the following amendments:

7 Clause 6, page 8, Line 4, leave out front ("years") to end of line 5 and insert ("from the date on which he attains full age")
