17 Clause 24, page 31, line 20, at end insert— ("(2A) Where it appears to the Secretary of State that a company has provided misleading information for the purposes of its registration by a particular name or has given undertakings or assurances for that purpose which have not been fulfilled, the Secretary of State may within five years of the date of its registration by that name in writing direct the company to change its name within such period as he may specify. (2B) Where a direction has been given under subsection (2) or (2A) above, the Secretary of State may by a further dirction in writing extend the period within which the company is to change its name, at any time before that period expires."):
