§ Lord LyellMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 232. This amendment provides for the deletion of certain provisions of both Table A and Table C of the 1948 Companies Act which are consequent upon repeals made in the Bill before your Lordships.
