§ 55A. In paragraph 10 of Schedule 6 to the Transport Act 1981 (amendments of the Harbours Act 1964) for each reference to the Companies Acts 1948 to 1980 there shall be substituted a reference to the Companies Acts 1948 to 1981.").
§ Lord LyellMy Lords, this amendment updates references in Schedule 6(10) of the Transport Act 1981. These refer at present to the Companies Acts 1948 to 1980. We hope that this reference will be able to include a reference to this particular Bill when it is enacted.
