My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their amendment. The House will see that this is a fairly simple amendment. It is entirely for the sake of consistency that the clause has been amended to read: a name appearing in the index". With the plethora of lawyers that surround both the noble Lord, Lord Bruce, and myself, we hope that this is clearer, and for that reason I beg to move.
