74 Page 50, line 20, leave out from ("relates") to ("and") in line 25 and insert: ("exercises the voting rights carried by any of those shares in voting on the resolution and the resolution would not have been passed if he had not done so. For the purposes of this subsection a member who holds shares to which the resolution relates shall be regarded as exercising the voting rights carried by those shares in voting on the resolution not only if he votes in respect of those shares on a poll on the question whether that resolution shall be passed but also if he votes on that resolution otherwise than on a poll.").
