Clause 14, page 10, line 1, leave out from ("by") to ("or" in line 2 and insert ("British Telecommunications");

Clause 17, page 10, line 38, leave out ("twenty pounds") and insert ("£20");

Clause 22, page 12, line 17, leave out from ("substituted") to the end of line 18 and insert (""1985"").

The noble Lord said: My Lords, with your Lordships' permissions I will move Amendments Nos. 1 to 3 en bloc. Unless any noble Lord would like an explanation, I will simply add that they are all drafting amendments. I beg to move.
