§ 180 Page 71, line 6, [Schedule 10] leave out from 'animal' to second 'of' in line 7.
§ 181 Page 71, line 8, at end insert 'or an egg or other immature stage of such an animal'.
§ The Earl of Avon
My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 180. Amendment No. 180 is linked with Amendment No. 181, and, with permission, I shall move both of them together. These are drafting amendments to make it clear that the phrase "of any of the kinds to which Schedule 4 to this Act for the time being applies" also governs the phrase "a live or dead animal". I beg to move.
§ Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said amendments.—(The Earl of Avon.)
§ On Question, Motion agreed to.
