§ The Earl of AvonMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 232. This amendment extends the definition of council offices for the purpose of displaying notices of the making and confirmation of public path orders under the Planning Act to include offices and buildings provided by parish and community councils.
